How do I make an appointment?You can make an appointment on our website by clicking the "book appointment" button which will take you to an appointment portal system, or email us at contact@resilicare.com, or you can call our office at 725-228-8029.

What are the insurance costs and other fees?Fees are based on a 50-minute clinical hour. Individual sessions are $125.00 per session Couple and family sessions are $150/hr Anger management classes (conducted in a hybrid (online and/or in-person) group setting) are $30 per session Session Costs Individual (one-to-one) cash free rates are $125 per session. Insurance rates and copayments will vary depending on the insurance provider Couples and family cash fee rates are $150 per session. How many Anger Management sessions are required in order to receive a certificate of completion?Twelve sessions are required in order to receive a certificate of completion. Each session lasts one hour. Clients may elect to attend the anger management sessions in-person or online. He or she is limited to two sessions per week. Please check the course calendar or contact the office for more information.

Will my insurance pay for mental health services?ResiliCare will work with our clients to ensure that they are provided the professional services they need. We accept many of the large insurances. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

If I can not make the full payment, will you accept a partial payment or payment plan?ResiliCare is committed to client success. Therefore, we have the ability to work with a sliding scale fee. Please keep in mind that each therapist has an established minimum fee. We do take debit/credit cards as well as Health Savings Account Cards (HSA/HRA). Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions: Do I have mental health benefits? What is my deductible and has it been met? How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover? How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider? What is the coverage amount per therapy session? Is approval required from my primary care physician?

What is your Cancellation Policy?You have up to 24-hours prior to an appointment to cancel without being charged. To cancel or reschedule an appointment during normal business hours, please email and/or call the office. To cancel or reschedule an appointment after normal business hours please email and/or call the office and leave a detailed message. An office representative will follow-up on the next business day.
