We accept medical insurances (in or out-of-network) and fee-paying clients.
You've Got Options
If you elect to use your insurance as an out-of-network option, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance company at a percentage of our service rate. Please keep in mind that percentages may vary depending on your insurance plan. Therefore, you may choose to use your Health Saving Account (HSA) or Flex Saving Account (FSA) to pay for services. Please speak with your employer regarding your HSA or FSA for more information. All payments are rendered at the time of service. If you are having difficulty making payments, please speak with our account specialist for greater details.
As a private mental health practice, we do not share your personal information or details of your therapy with anyone without written consent. Only persons who elect to pay for services using their insurance plan (i.e. in-network or out-of-network) are bound to the reporting guidelines and restricted number of therapy sessions that are outlined in the insurance policy.
If you are a fee-paying client, you are not restricted to the insurance reporting guidelines or any number of therapy sessions. Therefore, we will continue to work with you in order to meet the desired treatment goals.

Sessions

Therapy for an individual (one-to-one) cash fee rates are $125 per session. Insurance rates and co-payments may vary depending on the type of insurance plan.

Couples and family therapy cash fee rates are $150 per session. Insurance rates and co-payments may vary depending on the type of insurance plan.

Note: Therapy fee rates are based on a 30-50-minutes (depending on the type of session).

Group Classes
Anger management classes and other group sessions are conducted in a hybrid (online and/or in-person group setting). Cash fee rates are $35 per session. Insurance rates and co-payments may vary depending on the type of insurance plan.
Medication Management
For medication management fee rates, please contact the office for more information.
