Brenda Simons, MSN

Ms. Simmons appreciates diverse points of view, assumes positive intent, collaborates, and openly communicates with others. Team building, problem-solving and innovating are key components of her attributes and accomplishments. She holds an MSN from the University of Phoenix, and a BSN from Eastern Michigan University. Ms. Simmons successful career was polished through administrative experience having succeeded as a Clinical Nurse Manager for the University of Michigan Hospital, Ann Arbor Michigan; Nurse Administrative Manager for Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit Michigan; and Associate Dean of Student Learning for Chamberlain University, Chamberlain School of Nursing, Jacksonville Florida. Several notable honors of her success include the following accolades: The Great 100 Nurses of Florida; “Saving 100,000 Lives” Campaign Quality Award IHI Rapid Response Team; “Focus on People” Award Henry Ford Health System Board of Trustees; “Outstanding Business leader” Award American Business Women’s Association, and Master Instructor I and II.
